About Clayton

Clayton Guiltner is a producer, director and writer for stage, television, and film and is currently in development on two new television shows and two feature television movies. His most recent award-winning films, The Prevalence (writer/director) and Some Things Private (writer/director) have been enjoyed by audiences worldwide, and his original TV Series, Finding Miles was featured in the U.S., U.K., Germany, and Japan.
Mr. Guiltner is founder of the Los Angeles-based production company Guiltner Creative Productions LLC, and formerly served as the Producing Artistic Director for The Grex Group Theatre in New York City and GrexGroupLA in Los Angeles. As member of the Directors Unit of the renowned Actors Studio, he is a hard working, disciplined artist who has exceptional leadership skills. With a Master of Fine Arts in Directing, a Master of Arts degree in Business Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, he has a proven track record in producing quality projects.
As a classically trained actor, he began his career touring nationally with the Act One Drama Company. Guiltner eventually transitioned into directing, and began working as a creative producer, director, and writer for a boutique film production company in Orlando, Florida where he developed skills in development, production, digital cinema, and nonlinear editing. Years later, he returned to live theatre and began producing and directing shows regionally in New York and L.A. Several years ago Guiltner began to transition into television writing, producing, and directing. Throughout his career he has served as a college professor teaching a wide range of courses in performance, directing, writing, entertainment business, and leadership. He has several professional training credits in acting and performance, including master workshops in voice and movement and youth theatre from The American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco and the A.C.T.E.R. organization based in London. He is a proud associate member of The Stage Directors and Choreographers Society and is a member of the Television Academy.
